FAQs
What is Good Mornings and how does it work?
Good Mornings is an alarm that gets you out of bed. Instead of snoozing repeatedly, it keeps ringing until you scan an object you chose when setting up your alarm, to prove you're actually up. By the time you've scanned it, you're out of bed and your day has started.
Can I really not snooze it?
There's one 5-minute snooze if you need it: enough time to stretch, rub your eyes, and shake off the grogginess, but not enough to fall back asleep. Then the alarm comes back, and it keeps ringing until you're actually up and out of bed.
What do I scan?
You pick during setup: your sink, a coffee cup, your toothbrush, the fridge, or the couch. You can even take a mirror selfie, the ultimate proof you're up.
How does it know I really scanned it?
Your camera plus image recognition checks that the photo matches your target, instantly. Photos are checked and discarded, never stored. Details in our privacy policy.
What are the routines?
Optional, and worth it. After you're up, Good Mornings can walk you through a simple morning routine you build: drink water, stretch, make the bed. Evening routines help you wind down and get to bed on time. Use them to get everything in between starting to get ready for bed and starting your day dialed.
Is Good Mornings free to try?
Yes, you get 3 days free to feel the difference. After that it's a small subscription billed through the App Store, cancel anytime.
What devices does it work on?
Good Mornings is an iPhone app, available on the App Store. Android version coming soon.
